衞生：衞生還行，天天及時打掃 環境：隔壁有個大商場，購物方便，吃飯選擇多！ 服務：酒店服務還行，就是早餐馬馬虎虎，好吃的不多，不過咖啡非常不錯 設施：設施一般般吧，房間都是我不太喜歡的圓桌。洗手間馬桶比較小，洗澡水溫度有變化。最高溫度不高。第一晚入住手就被蓮蓬頭上的毛刺割傷，不過打電話告知前台後，他們兩個人拎著葯箱到房間處理，還算及時。中間離開兩天回來換了個房間，發現蓮蓬頭也是有相似的問題。期望酒店認真對待。把我手劃傷也沒有任何 補償。

The hotel's location was superb far from hectic traffic of Shah Alam- Setia Alam- the lobby area is huge but looks bored, breakfast menu were amazing. The room is clean and quiet. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Just maybe they need to put the sejadah in every single room regardless of people using it or not. Toiletries should be top up at decent amount. Overall 4.5/5.

每次來都住在這兒，房間又乾淨又大，服務也很好，長廊連著隔壁的商場，裡面特別多好吃的，小吃正餐都有，品種也多，這次來驚喜的是沒有按金了，前台會説中文的多了，溝通更方便了，最滿意的是跟前台要水，因為我習慣喝茶，所以兩瓶水肯定不夠，結果直接給了我一箱，吃完晚飯回來看到都驚呆了。（美食照片是隔壁商場的一家福建菜，還得很不錯的，我出去的時候忘記帶卡和現金了，所以就選擇了可以微信付款寶付款的中餐廳）

酒店很新 比較安靜 房間很大 隔壁就是百盛超市 早餐在2層 健身房和游泳池在5層 有桑拿 很方便的酒店 沒有缺點也沒有特別突出的

I booked this hotel for convenience as we had a family wedding reception to attend to just opposite to the hotel, 3 min walk from hotel. The staff were really friendly. We had issues with our shoe but staffs were no nice to provide super glue as it was so handy as we were so late to do any last minute errands before the event start. The breakfast spread was decent but could be better :)

The hotel maintains a high standard of hygiene ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment. Directly linked to Setia City Mall, offering easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment. Excellent choice for families, convenient and comfortable stay. We will definitely stay there again...
